By accessing or using TenFour ("the Service"), operated at calltenfour.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TenFour.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
TenFour is a call sheet management platform for film and television productions. The Service enables production teams to:
To use the Service, you must create an account through our authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of managing film and television production call sheets. You agree not to:
The Service includes the ability to send SMS messages and emails to crew members on your behalf. By using these features, you agree to the following:
Consent Responsibility: You represent and warrant that you have obtained appropriate consent from all crew members before adding their contact information to the Service and sending them messages. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable telecommunications laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act.
Message Content: All SMS and email messages sent through the Service are pre-formatted and relate to call sheet confirmations. You may not modify the messaging system to send custom marketing or promotional content.
Message Limits: SMS and email sending may be subject to rate limits and quotas based on your subscription tier. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend messaging capabilities if we detect abuse or excessive usage patterns.
Delivery: While we make reasonable efforts to ensure message delivery, we do not guarantee that all SMS or email messages will be delivered. Delivery depends on carrier networks, recipient device settings, and other factors outside our control.
Costs: Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS recipients. TenFour is not responsible for any charges incurred by message recipients from their carriers.
You acknowledge that crew contact information (names, phone numbers, email addresses) entered into the Service constitutes personal data. You agree to handle this data responsibly and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
You are the data controller for crew information you enter into the Service. TenFour acts as a data processor, processing crew data only as necessary to provide the Service (sending confirmations, generating call sheets, tracking responses).

TenFour offers both free and paid subscription tiers. The features, limitations, and pricing of each tier are described on our Pricing page.
Free Tier: Includes basic call sheet creation and a limited number of SMS/email confirmations per month.
Paid Tiers: Offer increased SMS/email quotas, additional productions, priority support, and advanced features. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified of any price changes before they take effect.
The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding (including the TenFour name, logo, and visual identity), is owned by TenFour and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including production data, crew information, banners, logos, and call sheet content. By uploading content, you grant TenFour a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content as necessary to provide the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TENFOUR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
TenFour is not responsible for any production delays, scheduling errors, or crew miscommunications that may result from the use of or inability to use the Service. The Service is provided as a communication tool, and production teams remain solely responsible for their production operations.
In no event shall TenFour's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant that SMS or email messages will be delivered to all recipients. We do not warrant the accuracy of weather data, hospital information, or geocoding results provided through the Service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TenFour and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including crew members' privacy rights; or (d) any content you upload to the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account data within 30 days of termination, except where retention is required by law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
